Hass, and only Hass.
We work with growers in the department of Cauca, Colombia, and buy directly at the farm gate.
Our launch catalogue is exclusively fresh Hass avocado. Citrus, cocoa, virgin avocado oil and the seed and skin derivatives belong to the project's future vision, not to the current offer.
03 Specifications
Specifications are confirmed per lot, not promised on a web page.
These are the fields that define any fresh Hass operation. We publish the full structure and flag what we are still confirming, rather than advertising figures we could not defend in front of your quality team.

04 The quotation
What a quotation must contain so you can compare it.
A bare figure is not an offer. These are the points we include so you can evaluate ours next to any other.
- Variety and agreed quality The specific standard against which the lot is received.
- Count and net weight No ambiguity between gross and net.
- Packaging and quantity Exact presentation and number of units.
- Shipping window Real dates, not generic availability.
- Delivery point and Incoterm Including the version of the term used.
- Currency and validity How long we hold the price.
- Payment terms Timing, mechanism and responsible party.
- Inspection and claims How it is verified and what applies if something falls short.
